"I use this everywhere, in the shower for 2nd day hair, at the spa for facials, tanning, in the bathtub to keep my hair dry, while cleaning, on the treadmill at home, etc. It doesn't leave a dent on my hair when wearing it for a long time like clips and rubber bands usually do. Love love love it!!!
