Superfluous Juxataposition

I came across a fun blog by Hilary in Los Angeles called “Superfluous Juxataposition: The musings, rants, ramblings, and general observations of a 30-something Jewish girl in Los Angeles.” Yesterday, she posted a list of “musings” under the title “Why” with the following opening lines:

Why didn’t I think to invent something like the Tassi?

Why do I love the Tassi so much?

Hilary — I am so thrilled that you love the Tassi and are sharing it with your friends. So guess what, I want to send you a free Tassi of any of our 12 colors. Because I know you can never have too many Tassies. My bathroom is full of them. I hope you read this and send me an e-mail (shawna@tassicompany.com) to let me know what color you want and where to send it.

    Hi Shawna!

    I’m an avid reader of Hilary’s blog — she’s such a great girl — and she “introduced” me to the Tassi via her blog. She had mentioned it in a blog post a week or so prior to the post that you saw, along with a link to your site, and I’m now on a mission to find one. Could you tell me what retail locations in Connecticut carry them?

    Dawn–

    We don’t have many locations selling Tassi in Connecticut yet. You can order off our website. We usually get an order out within a day. We’re in Arizona so it would probably take about five days for it to get to you in Connecticut.

    I hope you get your hands on a Tassi soon and love it like we do!
