30-Day Return Policy (For Any Reason)

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with any Tassi™ you bought on the Tassi™ website (www.tassicompany.com), simply return the Tassi™ to Tassi LLC, Attn: Returns, 4041 E. Grove Circle, Mesa, AZ 85206, within 30 days of your purchase and we will refund your purchase price, excluding shipping and handling.

90-Day Return Policy (For Manufacturer’s Defects)

If your Tassi™ has a manufacturer’s defect, you can get a replacement by sending the defective Tassi™ to Tassi LLC, Attn: Returns, 4041 E. Grove Circle, Mesa, AZ 85206, within 90 days of the date of purchase along with proof of purchase from a retail vendor that shows the date of purchase. Please include the name and shipping address you want us to use when sending your replacement Tassi™. We do not cover return shipping costs. We recommend you request a tracking code and shipping receipt from your shipper. Your Tassi contains a special, soft elastic that has been chosen for maximum comfort. Regular use of bleach and other chemicals contained in facial cleansers, make up and treatments can weaken the elastic. Failure to follow our care instructions can also contribute to the weakening of the elastic. Therefore, Tassi LLC is not responsible for replacement of any Tassi after the initial 90-day period from the date of purchase.
