Tassi Passes the Test in Dallas

April 17th, 2009

ShopTalk, which is a daily discussion among the D Magazine and D Beauty editors about the Dallas fashion and beauty scene, put Tassi up for Pass/Fail vote of its readers. Here’s what ShopTalk had to say about Tassi:

The Tassi is kinda like a headband, kinda like a shower cap, and kinda, like, awesome, if you ask me. But hey, you’re the judge. It’s meant to “keep your hair outta there.” Where? Outta your way so you can get all of your girlie things accomplished—face washing, makeup application, skin care, etc. Best part is, you can “do what you do without messing up your doo!” That’s right. Pull off the Tassi, with its loose elastic and soft fabric, and your hair is no worse for the wear. The same cannot be said of some headbands and clips that leave creases or flatten your coif. It comes in a rainbow of fun colors and can be purchased here for only $14.99. So what’s the word? Pass or fail?

So far Tassi gets all “passing” marks, including the following from Kristin:

PASS! 100% I have a Tassi and I love it! Usually I have to use a rubberband AND a headband to keep my hair out of my face when I wash it but with the Tassi it’s just one step and like Katie said it doesn’t make dents in my hair like rubberbands do. I use my every night and it makes me smile. If you have long hair like I do make sure to put all your hair in it – don’t use it like a headband. It is tough enough to hold all your hair. I heart my Tassi!

Thank you Kristin! And thank you Dallas!

Spa Week Blog

April 9th, 2009

Here is another a great Tassi review from the blog at SpaWeek.com.

Happens every time: I’m watching my face and water is dripping down my arms, going into my hair and all over the bathroom floor. Then I discovered (insert best infomercial voice) Tassi!

It’s a super-charged headband made of comfy terry cloth that protects your hair and everything else from getting wet. It comes in a dozen colors so you can look stylish even when you’re washing your face. Fantassi-tic!

Mom of 2 Dancers Reviews: Tassi is a Must Have

April 9th, 2009

We love blogs. And they love Tassi.

Here is what Ginny says about Tassi at Mom of 2 Dancers Reviews:

My mom actually alerted me to this awesome product. She said she had to have one, so I got her a Tassi for Christmas.

Luckily for Me, I was sent the gorgeous Turquoise Tassi to try out for myself. So, What is Tassi? Well it is basically a terry cloth headband to hold your hair out of your face.

However, it is not your standard cheap headband you are used to. No way, for one this is super soft and comfortable. The back of the Tassi is larger then front, so it easily holds all of your hair. Tassi is so much better then those standard headbands or using a towel to wrap your hair.

I use the Tassi for washing my face, applying make-up, etc Anything that I need my bangs and the rest of my hair off my face. Plus, no matter how long I keep it on for, my hair never gets that dreaded headband indentation!

The Tassi comes on 12 great colors including white, soft pink, hot pink, chocolate brown, lavender, powder blue, lime green, tan, tangerine, turquoise, chili pepper red and black. My tween wants the lime green one!

The Tassi retails for $14.99 and is well worth the low investment. These are great for all women and teens. If you wash your face or wear make-up this is one of those must haves!
